Exchange Policy

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at arsh.k@eleganceoriginals.com within 7 days of receiving the item. 

How to Request Exchange?

To request an exchange for size, you may do so only once for the same product. In case you have received a defective product, please share images by sending them to the email address provided above. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

In order to maintain high hygiene standards for our products, all exchanges received will undergo a thorough quality check by our team. Each request will be carefully reviewed and assessed for approval or declination for exchange.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if;

  1. the product/s are returned after use
  2. the products are damaged

Once the exchange is confirmed, the customer will ship the product with the provided tracking ID. Please send the tracking ID to arsh.k@eleganceoriginals.com on the same email thread.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will proceed with processing the exchange within 7-10 business days. 

What if the Requested Product for Exchange is not in Stock?

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of the desired size. If the requested size is not in stock, we will provide you with a store credit instead. The store credit will remain valid for one month from the date of issue.

Refund & Cancellation

Please note that cancellation and refunds are not available for any orders. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the customer as store credit. We have implemented this policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience at Elegance Originals. For any inquiries or concerns, our customer service team is available to assist you.

Which Products are Not Eligible for Refund?

All products delivered on sale are not eligible for refunds.

How Do I Self-Ship My Order?

You can self-ship your product through any courier service, to the address mentioned below. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID for each item included in the package.
